Features and Benefits

The Universal Prone Cervical Single-Use Kit is a single-use positioning strap kit pairs with the BoneFoam Universal Prone Positioning System and Universal Prone Open Frame Positioner. Each order contains a box of five single-use strap kits. The Universal Prone Positioning System (flat top) and Universal Prone Open Frame Positioner are reusable pads.

Designed to enhance visualization, especially in high-BMI patients.

The BoneFoam Y-Strap evenly depresses the shoulder girdle and can enhance visualization, especially important with high-BMI patients.

The disposable strap helps maintain an open surgical site and prevents adipose tissue from encroaching on the operative field.

Pads designed to stay in place.

The pads on prone cervical single-use straps feature Micro Grip Technology that is designed to grip a patient's skin as traction is applied.

Perform intermittent traction throughout the case.

Instead of hoping tape holds well enough to pull the shoulders down and out of the image, the system’s traction Y-strap gives surgeons intermittent traction, adjustable on the fly — regardless of patient size. The result is more consistent positioning of anatomic landmarks and clearer imaging throughout the case.

Traction simplified.

Posterior cervical strap anchors are built into our Universal Prone flat top and open frame positioners, allowing for efficient integration with the prone cervical straps.

Comfort for patients + efficiency in the OR.

The reusable pads included in the Universal Prone Positioning System (flat top) and Universal Prone Open Frame Positioner accommodate breast tissue, the abdomen, and genitalia — and reduce pressure-related concerns while allowing catheter placement.

Premium quality coating makes all the difference.

  • Seamless, fluid-proof coating for superior infection control and easy cleaning
  • Durable dual-layer coating resists wear better than thin single-coat options
  • Radiolucent design remains free of indistinguishable imaging artifacts
  • Non-gel construction avoids risks of sticking or oozing onto skin
