ALL-NEW NEXTEND ANTERIOR CERVICAL POSITIONING SYSTEM
Intermittent and sustained symmetric traction to achieve better visualization.
Developed in collaboration with leading spine surgeons, The BoneFoam Nextend is designed to standardize patient positioning for anterior cervical procedures—minimizing variability, reducing setup time, optimizing visualization of the lower cervical spineand elevating the standard of patient safety.
Modern Solution | Innovative. Consistent. Efficient.
Nextend Eliminates Outdated Positioning Methods.

Designed to standardize patient positioning for anterior cervical procedure.
Nextend eliminates outdated anterior cervical positioning methods. Complex tape configurations, rolled towels and IV bags limit the ability to achieve proper visualization of the lower cervical spine and add risk of injury to the patient's skin.
With Nextend, patients are intubated directly on the positioner where cervical extension is easily adjusted through the unique tear-away head support for different patient profiles. The patient’s arms can be tucked using comfortable high-quality foam straps that protect the ulnar nerve while maintaining open access to lines and leads, providing consistent and reproducible arm positioning.
