Features and Benefits

A modern approach for positioning. Current methods using rolls of tape may limit the ability to achieve proper visualization of the lower cervical spine and add risk of injury to the patient’s skin. The BoneFoam Nextend Lite provides optimal positioning of anatomic landmarks and radiographic visualization for ACDF, ADR, and ACCF procedures in the supine position.

Nextend Lite includes Lite Bolster, Traction Anchor,  and one (1) Single-Use Kit.

Nextend Lite Single-Use Kit includes Shoulder Traction Strap and Adjustable Head Support.

The BoneFoam Nextend Lite provides optimal positioning of anatomic landmarks and radiographic visualization for ACDF, ADR, and ACCF procedures in the supine position.

Challenges with anterior cervical positioning.

In anterior cervical spine surgery, lower cervical spine visualization is critical. Outdated, makeshift positioning methods and complex tape configurations provides a limited ability to achieve proper visualization of lower cervical spine due to inconsistent and inadequate depression of shoulder girdle. Until now.

Consistent, safe and repeatable. Every time.

State-of-the-art foam technology and unique foam contours ensure the patient will be in an optimal cervical spine position regardless of patient size while maintaining the patient’s position and optimizing exposure and control of the cervical anatomy during the procedure.

Premium quality coating makes all the difference.

  • Seamless, fluid-proof coating for superior infection control and easy cleaning
  • Durable dual-layer coating resists wear better than thin single-coat options
  • Radiolucent design remains free of indistinguishable imaging artifacts
  • Non-gel construction avoids risks of sticking or oozing onto skin
